Important information:

Online registration MUST be done a minimum of 24hrs in advance of this auction, after this time the auctioneers cannot guarantee successful registration.

Due to the current high levels of fraudulent card payments relating to on-line auctions we will not accept card payment over the telephone for more than £100, we stress that we will only clear lots purchased using a credit or debit card when the following criteria are met:

Any card payment must be accompanied by photographic ID which has to include an address. This can either be scanned or emailed. Goods will not be cleared or despatched until this is received. The name on the ID must match that which appears on the card and the address which appears must be the one to which the card is registered.

JOHN TAYLORS DO NOT PACK ITEMS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO COLLECT, OR ARRANGE COLLECTION ON THEIR BEHALF. All accounts must be paid for in full within 2 days of the auction. In accordance with our terms & conditions, if items purchased are not collected within 3 days of the auction (Friday) then the purchaser will incur a storage fee of £3+VAT per lot, per day.

As regards to commission bids, we regret that we are unable to accept any absentee bids after 4.00 pm on the day prior to the auction as this would not allow us time to carry out the necessary security checks.

The auctioneers retain the right to request photographic ID for any prospective commission bidder, failure to comply will result in the rejection of the commission bid.
